Jason Hammel

Jason Aaron Hammel (born September 2, 1982) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Chicago Cubs of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has also pitched in MLB for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays/Rays, Colorado Rockies, Baltimore Orioles, and Oakland Athletics.
==Amateur career==
Hammel was born in Greenville, South Carolina, but raised in Port Orchard, Washington. He attended South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, Washington, and led the team to a 20-1 season in 2000 as the number one starter in the rotation.
